Adyna K. Pressley is an Identity Leadership Architect, founder, author, and speaker who helps accomplished women and organizations navigate leadership, growth, reinvention, and what comes next. After 34 years in corporate leadership, including serving as a Vice President, she brings both lived experience and strategic insight to the work of leading, building, and becoming.

Her philosophy is simple: identity comes before strategy. Whether she is advising leaders, helping founders strengthen their authority, or speaking to women navigating transition, Adyna creates space for clarity, confidence, and decisions that reflect who they are now and where they are going.
